Subject: Just some basic rules that you should obey Mon Aug 23, 2010 6:39 am
The key thing to a successful clan are rules so people can't do what they just want to. The most important rule that's valid on the server and on the forums is that you respect people no matter of their rank or anything else. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Server rules:
1) Don't use an aimbot, wallhack or other cheats. 2) Be nice to all visiting players and members. No player will come to the server after getting a poor treatment or being abused. 3) Try to make the teams even if you notice that you are playing 5 versus 2 for example. 4) If a player asks you to do something for him like checking the forums for member count, count the members and tell him how many we have. 5) I don't mind if you swear on the server but some people may see it as a taboo that you shouldn't break. So don't swear a lot =). 6) Don't selfkill if you are in a fight because the other guy will rage because they don't get the XP out of killing you . Use selfkill only to change classes. If you are in a scrim it's different. There you can selfkill anytime you want to. 7) Don't advertise other servers or clans in the server like shouting their IPs and tell everyone to come. 8 ) No spawn killing with heavy weapons ~ Grenades, Panzers, Satchels, Dyna's, Artillery or Air support. No spawn camping either. Spawnkilling means going into the other teams spawn and killing people there. Also a few meters outside their spawn it's spawnkilling. Just let them come out of their spawn and then shoot them. 9) No name theft/impostering. 10) Don't recruit any members to another clan in our server. It's strictly forbidden even if the guy you asked doesn't have a clan! Our server is for our recruits only!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forum rules: 1) Keep your posts clean and reasonable. Don't do anything racist on the forums or you will be banned. 2) Don't spam too hard. If you have posted something and you would like to add something on your post don't do a new post but edit your old one. 3) Try to put your post on the right forum. For example: Don't post roster updates on announcements. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These are the basic rules but common sense is required and you should use that. If you found a loophole in the rules don't abuse it and tell it to some admin like me. After all the key thing is to have fun and not abuse everyone. Enjoy!
